N2 - Recently, flowing packets in the computer network increases because of the wide spread of mobile devices. In addition, this causes the congestion of the packets. As one of the effective packet routing methods to remove the packet congestion, a packet routing method using chaotic neurodynamics is proposed in this report. From the results of the numerical experiments, this method shows lower packet congestion rate than the shortest path routing using the chaotic neurodynamics that realizes decentralized routings of packets effectively.
